Maintain Healthy Weight for Ideal Fertility

Although super skinny celebs are quite influential when it comes to defining beauty and looks, experts say they aren't the best models for ideal health.

Along with being scary slim, celebrities have recently been shown maintaining this stick thin figure before, during and after pregnancy.

A new study shows that this new trend, (inappropriately coined "mommyrexia") not only increases the risk of pregnancy complications and premature birth, but also might affect infertility too.

After examining more than 2,000 IVF cycles of varying body weights, scientists found that underweight women had the smallest chance of becoming pregnant, even when compared to women living with obesity.

This is a major finding because these weight issues were a problem with infertility treatments, as well as natural conception, which suggests that average weight (with a little extra curves) is ideal for women's health, especially before and during pregnancy.
